Support the ‘Define’ stage of a Project taking it from a sold project through commissioning
Assist Sales during the proposal and approval process including the coordinating
preliminary and final architectural drawing packages to gain customer approval and meeting position objective * Help ensure accuracy of Project Pricing, Discounts, and Invoicing to meet customer profileand proposal * Support prioritizing to help Manufacturing and Purchasing build equipment and procurenecessary materials in an efficient manner while still meeting the ship date * Help identify any special project needs early in process to allow for necessary design effortsand sufficient procurement lead times * Coordinate with customer stake holders including architects, engineers, regulators, GC’ssupporting permitting and inspections * Work with PM’s, Department Managers, and Mechanical Designers to prioritize tasking
Support ancillary Project activities such as invoicing, collections, service recovery, etc. to
close out projects meeting position objective * Be responsive to the customers’ needs and follow through on all aspects of requests, bothwritten and verbal * Objective support of conflict resolution between stakeholders through the application ofstated values. * Project Ownership!QUALIFICATIONS
College degree from an accredited college or university preferred (Project or Construction
Management) * 3+ years of relevant work experience (construction or manufacturing project coordination)
Alternative: Experience with and Demonstrated Knowledge of Vacutech Equipment,
