Motivate, engage, and challenge students with a wide variety of teaching strategies and use of differentiation tools.3. Conduct and utilize ongoing assessments of student achievement, using both formative and summative assessments4. Develop and implement the newly adopted New York State Science Standards (NYSSLS/NGSS) in writing lesson plans and authentic tasks.6.
