- Strategy: Partner with local staff to set sales goals and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive business plans.
- Business Development: Enhance client relationships, win new clients, and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects to boost success rates. Maintain active involvement in professional associations for networking and growth.
- Marketing: Plan association involvement and advertising strategies, organizing local events to enhance engagement.
- Proposals / Requests for Qualifications: Assist in developing and submitting proposals and responses to RFQs.
- Train: Assist in sharing business development skills with client managers and staff.
- Lead: Prepare and lead monthly Business Development meetings to align efforts.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, construction, business, or a related field
- You have a minimum of 8 years of technical and/or business development experience within the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have existing relationships with various A/E/C industry Designers, Contractors, and Owners
- You are willing and able to travel, using personal vehicle for use during company business
