- Supports procurement of merchandise for all stores, i.e;, donations and gifts.
- Supports manager in the day-to-day operation of the Resale Shop
b. Scheduling changes of volunteer staff
c. Supervision of volunteer staff

e. Accounting Reports and deposits
f. Retail display and facility management * Analyze, identify and respond to volunteer needs.
- Recruit Resale Shop volunteers per various volunteer job descriptions.
- Communicate and help coordinate volunteer training and support.
- Promotes and evaluates sales promotions, trending analysis, problem resolution, store inspections, volunteer utilization, volunteer timekeeping, profitability, and overall operation of the Resale Shops.
- Adhere to driver safety guidelines.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in retail management, preferably in the thrift industry, retail or used merchandise sales.
- Organizational and administrative skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Previous experience handling cash, balancing a cash drawer and processing credit cards.
- Ability to be trainable on Volgistics database and other processes within the Resale shops.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member with supervisors, managers, volunteers and the community, as well as, work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to provide proof of automobile insurance
