- Work with Client Advisors and Client Success Managers to understand our client partner’s resource requirements
- Collaborate with Talent Specialists to work with our internal database, external databases and networking groups to identify and qualify candidates for our client partners
- Manage candidates through Kelaca’s extensive qualification, interview and on-boarding processes
- Work with candidates to identify the best compensation packages to meet their expectations as a representative of Kelaca
- Actively engage in networking opportunities, career fairs, industry specific events as necessary
- Provide support and on-going maintenance for our consultants and their daily responsibilities at our client partner locations
- Support Client Advisors and Client Success Managers with any client partner specific requirements and account management as necessary
- Spending time where it matters, working to identify new consultants while taking care of any consultants currently servicing our client partners
- Impeccable work ethic, doing what it takes to get the job done right for our client partners, our consultants and our internal team
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), organizational skills, time management skills, and overall desire to deal with people
