- BS/BA degree in marketing, web/digital, communications, public relations, advertising, health care management or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications or operations, with increasing complexity, or minimum 5 years of experience plus master's degree.
- Solid understanding of digital communications, multi-channel, integrated marketing, integrated promotions and analytics tools.
- Health care experience preferred. Ability to determine and translate a client's business value and messaging into an effective web and digital marketing presence.
- Must have excellent management skills and be guided by a compelling client/customer orientation.
- Conversant in both digital communications and customer service.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for staying current on social technology universe (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc., discussion forums and community software.)
- Data, analytics and metrics oriented.
