- Support the development of a K-12 vertical articulation plan and process.
- Provide collaborative school support with state teams to our K-12 schools.
- Develop a K-12 Framework and implementation guide to support the development of our high school models.
- Develops and oversees educational programs for K-12 models as outlined by state standards.
- Work closely with Director of Curriculum and Instruction and school staff to support department improvement initiatives and processes.
- Coordinate with the Director of School Design and Development to develop and maintain processes and tools for school model development.
- Work in Ft Lauderdale as needed.
- Travel as needed to provide school support and attend in-person National Meetings.
- Attend weekly Curriculum and Instruction meetings virtually.
- Attend weekly A-Team meetings virtually.
- Provide support for Charter Renewals to ensure fidelity to programming plan.
- Coordinate with the Director of School Design and Development to develop charter application content specific to all CSUSA Classical Model Schools and monitor state-specific and authorizer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Director of School Design and Development to develop and maintain processes and tools for school model development.
- Thorough knowledge of school operations, organizational and leadership development; knowledge of CSUSA's K through 12 instructional program, policies, and procedures
- Ability to provide guidance and work collaboratively with all schools.
- Ability to analyze impact of delivery of professional and pervasive use of professional learning in schools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Possesses practical and conceptual, analytical, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings or work groups.
- Ability to research, understand, and evaluate instructional programs and methodologies for effectiveness in meeting school improvement targets.
- Ability to develop and deliver training for adult learners.
- Excellent, written, and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think quickly and creatively to solve problems, conduct data analysis, and write/edit reports and presentations.
- Possesses strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize wisely.
- Master's degree in related field, including business administration OR bachelor's degree with equivalent and relevant experience.
- 6+ years work experience in an analytic/strategic role with a proven track record of at least five years of leadership experience managing others in a professional capacity.
- Strong business acumen skills and general management awareness.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Experience in administration of non-instructional operations including transportation, food services, technology, facilities, and/or student support specific experience in the areas of education and operations is preferred.
- Usual office working conditions
- No physical exertion required.
- Travel within or outside of state.
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.
