Service Coordinator

• Manage and optimize service delivery for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Oversee comprehensive aspects of the Customer Support Program, which includes scheduling services, monitoring financials, managing contracts, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients and subcontractors to manage and schedule routine maintenance.
• Organize and lead client meetings to discuss service updates and preventive maintenance plans.
• Execute additional responsibilities as necessary to support overarching service objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to manage customer relations and provide support under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving potential issues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic financial acumen, with an understanding of managing accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks seamlessly.
• Education: A college degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in administrative, dispatch, or customer service roles, preferably in a technical or service-focused environment.
• Construction industry experience is a plus, though not required.
