• As a member of the AllSearch Recruiting Team, you will support Mechanical Service firms, Service Providers, Manufacturers, and Distributors across the nation. You will provide recruiting services for positions in a variety of disciplines, including Service Sales, Technical Sales, Operations, Management, and Field Support. • 2+ years of proven recruiting success.

• BS or BA degree is preferred, but not required.

• AllSearch offers a base salary in the 50k - 65k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters can easily make 80k - 100k in their 1st year in the business. 100k+ year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn 250k - 300k or more.
