- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quota
- Continuously grow in knowledge of CA/CH products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate deep dive discovery calls between the Account Executive team and decision-makers at prospect accounts.
- Find decision makers within prospect accounts using research tools (including but not limited to ZoomInfo and LinkedIn).
- Maintain strong overall outreach activity levels to facilitate success (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and vidyards).
- Effectively communicate account status and progress to management.
- Create and nurture relationships across assigned accounts.
- Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services on phone calls, video meetings and in emails.
- Qualify and prioritize opportunities to ensure appropriate recommendations for follow up.
- Follow procedures to ensure assigned leads are engaged and moved through the qualification process.
- 1+ year(s) of experience as an SDR or similar role in a SAAS environment.
- Demonstrated success of achieving quota as an SDR or similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience selling software solutions.
- Knowledge of sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience selling complex software solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn and Zoominfo.
