- Technical Leadership & Coordination: Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure project solutions meet quality goals. Guide technical staff in developing high-impact engineering proposals
- Project Execution & Management: Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget. Oversee project schedules, staff, and reporting to ensure success
- Client Relations & Strategic Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact. Negotiate and manage project scope to ensure client and company satisfaction
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Monitor project financials, providing regular updates on status and performance
- Business Development & Marketing Impact: Drive marketing efforts, identify opportunities, and support proposal initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or a related field) OR PMP Certification and 5 years' applicable experience
- Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in a nuclear energy facility
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the nuclear industry as an Engineer or Project Manager
- Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
- Ability to travel between 15-25% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
- Position may occasionally require a client site assignment lasting several months at a time
