- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted/strategic advisor to corporate functions, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and leadership to understand their goals and challenges. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive long-term success.
- Talent Strategy and Succession Planning: Lead efforts to identify future talent needs within corporate functions. Build robust succession plans and proactively address talent gaps by developing internal talent pipelines and exploring external resourcing options.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including performance improvement, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment. Coach managers to effectively address employee performance and engagement issues.
- Compensation Management: Ensure that compensation practices within corporate functions are competitive and aligned with the organization's job architecture structure. Conduct regular market analyses and make recommendations to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Talent Development: Drive talent review processes, performance management, and employee development programs within corporate functions. Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans to support their growth and career progression.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders within corporate functions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR functions and teams on a variety of global HR initiatives and projects. Leverage your expertise to contribute to initiatives related to compensation, diversity and inclusion, governance and policy, change management, talent management, and performance management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate HR processes and practices within corporate functions and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic global HR business partnering.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and relationships across the organization.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to coach and influence senior management.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- High energy, professionalism, and polished communication style.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of initiatives and projects.
- Professional HR Certification desired (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).
