Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems including daily operations, adherence to budget and sales KPIs, and more2. Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers and work cross-collaboratively with the corporate marketing team on any long-term efforts3. Work collaboratively with your territory’s fitness manager4. Manage, monitor and evaluate the performance of all studio employees in tandem with fitness manager5. Compliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations6. Monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling for all OTF studio staff with assistance from regional managers7. Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding all new OTF employees8. Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth9. Be promotionally- oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company required outreach program10. Develop a high energy culture through Sales and utilization contests and incentive-based motivation11. Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)12. Ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity in all actions13. Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team14. Co-lead monthly staff meetings with fitness leadership to review upcoming month’s fitbook and report monthly sales objectives, goals, events, and marketing campaigns15. Responsible for attending weekly meetings with Regional Managers to report on weekly activities and progress16. Manage Disciplinary actions involving all OTF studio employees17. Responsible for auditing staff time clocks on a weekly basis and responsible for the submission of studio payroll every other week in a timely manner, with compliance and integrity18. Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), member base growth, revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facility maintenance (all assisted closely by Regional Managers & Owner)19. Responsible for 30-60-90 and annual OTF staff performance reviews.20. Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes21. Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service22. Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues
