- Act as the primary point of contact, understanding their financial objectives and concerns.
- Oversee and prepare complex payroll services, ensuring timely and accurate execution, adherence to tax regulations, and comprehensive reporting.
- Prepare financial statements with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting technology for routine accounting processes.
- Customize accounting software to meet the specific needs of clients, optimizing functionality to enhance their overall experience.
- Comply with IRS, state and federal tax requirements, and wage and hour regulations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to clients on the use of accounting technology tools, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the implemented solutions.
- Conduct analysis of client financial data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide financial insights to support our client’s specific situation and goals.
- Effectively communicate financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of advisory services.
- Serve as a resource to other team members and provide training, as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
- Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance overall client value.
- Contribute to marketing activities that bring in new clients and participate in promoting new Firm services.
- Applicants must have proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Five (5) years of accounting experience
- Five (5) years of payroll processing experience
- Three (3) years of financial statement preparation, preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and client-focused environment.
- Technically competent in accounting and payroll.
- Comfort working with a variety of software, and eager to learn new technology.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
