Oregon City Service Learning Academy is a small options high school serving students in Oregon City with innovative approaches to learning and a variety of pathways to high school completion.Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Valid Oregon school counseling license.
Enthusiasm for learning and implementing intervention strategies, including: PBIS, MTSS, and culturally responsive teaching.
Knowledge of Oregon diploma requirements, college entrance requirements, and scholarships.
Knowledge of ASCA National School Counseling Model and implementation of school counseling standards and practices.
Knowledge of the social and emotional needs of high school students.
Knowledge of college, career, and post high school options and pathways for high school students.
Interest in becoming involved in the whole OCHS community
