PurposeUnder direct supervision, provide support to the Office of Diversity & Inclusion (ODI)Primary FunctionsAssist in the planning, development, and delivery of ODI outreach programsProvide program coordination and implementation supportCollect and analyze program dataAssist with the preparation of reportsAssist with research and documenting processesIdentify opportunities for increased local involvement and visibilitySupport ODI-hosted activities and eventsKnowledge – Skills – AbilitiesExperience interacting with people from underrepresented or historically excluded populationsKnowledge of data interpretation and analyses, evaluation of published literature, documentation, and records management.Experience in researching and tracking findingsAbility to demonstrate responsibility and dependability when completing assignments, plan and organize work according to established priorities, and complete assignments accurately within established timeframes.Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skills in the use of software applications and technologyDemonstrates reliability, cooperation, courtesy, and consideration when working effectively with varied people.Preferred Schedule:
