The scope of this position is to bill, package and ship customer two-way radio communication devices for service in a Depot environment. Individual must be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage all tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Possess a desire to ensure timely processing of activities for total customer satisfaction with a focus on service level, ISO9001, and organizational objectives. Ability to interface with all FTC teams, Service Arms, and Customer base with assertiveness and a positive attitude.
Experience with billing, packaging and shipping of customer owned equipment. Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail is a must to ensure timely processing of activity and Customer Satisfaction. Excellent written and oral skills are critical. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required. Ability to work well in a team environment, with ability to demonstrate professionalism with all responsibilities... Must possess strong computer skills, phone skills, the ability to take direction and work with superiors, take initiative and drive for results... Must be flexible, and have the ability to maintain a positive attitude while managing a heavy work load. During peak times, overtime may be available.
