
Account Manager - Microelectronics/Semiconductor Market

- Salary: $110K–$125K base + bonus
- Travel: 50–80% within a ~200-mile radius of Albany, occasional overnight travel required
- Territory: Based out of a home office
- Drive 10% annual revenue and profit growth in chemical, consumable, and UPW product lines.
- Manage existing accounts with a target of <3% attrition, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and convert competitive accounts, with a goal of adding >$250K in new business gross profit annually.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships by understanding customers’ business drivers and delivering tailored solutions.
- Partner with microelectronics leadership to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of successful technical or outside sales experience in the microelectronics/semiconductor industry.
- Preferred: Experience in water treatment, specialty chemicals, or Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems.
- Strong record of achieving sales targets and fostering customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
