- Onboard new clients as they enter the agency
- Oversee the overall strategy, planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of a clients advertising and marketing campaign
- Ensure the smooth production of campaigns, from leading the strategy to briefing designers and copywriters to managing budgets and directing a strong, dedicated account and project management team, as well as, observing and communicating results regularly with the team and client.
- Create insightful objectives and conversion-based strategy to direct the internal team based on research and data from the PPC Expert in your Pod
- Research, strategize, and build a cross-channel marketing strategy (DSG) with the help of your internal team.
- Utilize your skills and experience to push clients, and the agency creatively and strategically
- Create monthly reporting for clients and lead a standing monthly meeting to showcase value and ROI with your clients which will be recorded and logged.
- Create and lead a specific agenda for each client meeting and must speak holistically about advertising, both internally and externally, including brand story, industry perception, consumer strategy, creative directions, and insights that will drive all parts of the campaign.
- Oversee the project briefing process and works with account managers and creative project associates on the execution of all deliverables
- Act as the client’s point of contact and leads overall communication between the client, and all internal teams within their pod.
- Primarily responsible for the growth and management of client relationships through day-to-day communication.
- Work with clients to understand their business and marketing goals vs. needs, help develop the right strategies and execute plans to achieve and surpass the client’s expected results
- Lead the team that provides the utmost level of client service
- Responsible for your team's education and growth within your pod. Training and education courses will be required quarterly.
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients through upsell and referral opportunities.
