RCC is looking for technicians in Wilmington, Delaware and surrounding areas to assist with desktop/network install/decommission and Break/ Fix tickets.This work will be conducted mostly during normal business hours, but may involve nights and weekends. We are building up a talent pool of techs that we can contact for tech support work. Work hours vary. Lots of work!These tickets include the following:

·Desktop/Laptop/ VDI/ Monitor and peripheral installs
·Vendor Escorts
·Cable Infrastructure Patching
·Rack & Stack of network devices
·Decommission of network/server devices
·Cisco phone installations- Troubleshoot Cisco switches, power supplies, line cords, etc.
·Power Disconnect & Parts Inventory Property
