- Drive retention and identify growth opportunities by developing strategies, tracking progress, and pivoting as needed to drive successful business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the internal Leadership team and Sales Teams to develop a holistic approach to Account Management.
- Own the strategic plan for renewals along with driving or supporting pricing and contract negotiation.
- Take ownership of a limited number of key accounts and relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of our processes
- Where appropriate, develop action plans that meet the client’s engagement goals, and guide the team on doing this for their clients
- Work with the Director, Account Management to develop their skill set along with the team and individual KPIs and goals
- Oversee client issue escalation process and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, elevating the high level issues through organization for complete resolution.
- Create and maintain a positive, collaborative and motivated environment for the Account Management Team
- Liaise with other departments heads to ensure transparency across the organization
- Implement necessary automations and technologies to increase the effectiveness of the account management team
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 10+ years experience in a Account Management leadership role (experience in B2B SaaS Healthcare, Medicare, fitness, or wellness space preferred)
- Thorough understanding of large client/partnership implementation processes
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and proven track record of exceeding annual revenue goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Must have an analytical and process oriented mindset
- Demonstrated leadership skills and management experience
- Previous experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZenDesk Sell or HubSpot)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
