Therapists are responsible for documenting services in a timely manner using an Electronic Medical Record system. All necessary technology will be provided.CDMHC and the South Carolina Department of Mental Health have an unsurpassed commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Clinical staff receive thorough training at orientation as well as opportunities for ongoing training and support, including CEUs whenever possible. For those wanting to make a difference in individual's lives and the surrounding communities of the Lowcountry, there is no better place to practice in the mental health field.State Minimum Requirements: A master's degree in guidance, counseling, the social sciences or a related field.Agency (DMH) Minimum Requirements: A master's degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or other behavioral discipline deemed equivalent by SCDMH.Note: If any Agency Requirements are listed above, applicants must also meet those requirements to be considered for the position. Experience in intake assessments, diagnostics, and crisis work a plus.This position MAY be eligible for SCDMH Student Loan Repayment to cover some of the cost of your outstanding loan(s) balance associated with the completion of a healthcare degree that is relevant to the appliable position.
