- Proactively hunt for named accounts within specific industries or territories, leveraging SEEBURGER's comprehensive integration solutions to solve complex business challenges. This involves identifying key prospects, initiating contact, and nurturing these relationships to convert opportunities into successful sales.
- Tailor sales approaches to offer customers the most valuable solutions, building a robust sales pipeline and achieving realistic sales targets.
- Foster long-term, evolving relationships with both new (targets) and existing accounts. Maintain close coordination with the business development, presales, and services teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a presales or services team, informed by customer and market feedback.quareterbacking the opportunities in SEEBURGER strategic accounts.
- Proven experience in selling on-premises and cloud-based business integration solutions to corporate clients, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the business integration market demands. Exceptional skills in prospecting, negotiation, and growing existing accounts.
- Solid grasp of various Applications (e.g., ERP, SCM, CRM) utilized by targeted industries.
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with a creative approach to sales. Demonstrated ability in strategic/solution selling, excelling at identifying client objectives/pain points, formulating compelling closing strategies, and expanding business within existing accounts.
- Successful track record of securing high-value deals within enterprise-level accounts and significantly growing existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Strategic mindset capable of recognizing market dynamics and capitalizing on opportunities, including those within current client portfolios.
- Committed to fostering long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs, and acting as a devoted advocate, while continuously seeking opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the Americas' integration market, including competitors, industry trends, and leading solution providers.

- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus.
