In this role you will get to be part a Talented and mission oriented professional team of federal engineers, active-duty Naval Officers and Contract staff who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get missile defense capability out to the Fleet. You will also be part of a team of some of the best and brightest Engineers and scientists our country has to offer.What You'll Be Doing:Operational and technical support to integrate existing operational command and developmental systemsEvaluate and analyze various elements of the Aegis Weapons Systems in support of Baseline (B/L) development and modernization for inclusion in shipboard modernization effortsPerforms other responsibilities and tasking by the customer in support of the Sea Based Weapons System mission as may be appropriate including, but not limited to Organization of daily electronic tasking as well as analysis of staffing levelsEvaluate the various elements of the SBWS (Sea Based Weapons System) and make recommendation to the Program Leadership in support of tasking assignments and staffing levelsAbility to understand and be familiar with electronic taskings and organizations roles and operations of the AB Program OfficeDevelopment of products to support program level decisionsWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:US Citizenship with Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's Degree7+ years of related experienceAbility to apply analytical rigor to solve engineering/scientific problemsFamiliarity with Program Office OperationsExperience developing, drafting, writing and editing reportsExperience working with proposalsExperience with keeping detail documentationAbility to work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasksWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Active TS/SCI ClearancePrior experience with Aegis Weapons SystemsExperience with Program Office OperationsTechnical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, missile systems, Aegis Qualifications, Program Office Management, etc.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Our Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
