TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking Inspector & Rework Technicians for our Peoria, IL location. There are fulltime and part-time positions available.Full Time Schedule:
  • 1st shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
Part -Time Schedule:
  • 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Available
  • 6:00AM-2:30PM or 2:30PM-8:30pm
Work setting:
  • In-person
  • Manufacturing facility
  • Warehouse

All benefits offered after meeting eligibility requirements.Overall Purpose:Our Inspectors and Rework Technicians provide a valuable service to the world's top manufacturers by repairing or reworking parts that would otherwise have to be shipped back to the original manufacturer or be scrapped. Our Inspectors and Rework Technicians help reduce waste and keep local manufacturing running efficiently.Responsibilities:Typical work includes:
  • Light subassembly of components
  • Visual inspection for damage, rust, burrs, or cosmetic issues
  • De-rusting or cleaning parts
  • Using hang gauging such as calipers to measure parts
  • Repacking parts
  • Typical tools used in this role may include lifting devices, hand tools, air tools, borescopes, and more.

Site ManagerExperience level recommended and skillsets:· 2 years experience in a mechanical or manufacturing related job.
  • Experience working with a variety of hand tools, air tools, and power tools.
