Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sound booth crew quality of workmanship of all installed products; customer satisfaction of finished product; and to provide oversight, immediate feedback and coaching of crew to meet manufacturer's requirements and needs of the business. Oversees the work to install and assemble new Sound Booths; disassemble, move, and reinstall Sound Booths within hospitals, clinics, schools, and or businesses.
  • Collaborate and communication with Regional Sales Manager in assigned territory, schedule sound booth installs and coordinate delivery and installation with customers, accountable for all details associated with the install or move of sound booths.
  • Transport, move and assemble Sound Booths following proper methods as defined by manufacturer specifications; visually check components for defects/damage and communicate these items to Supervisor.
  • Ability to assess construction site sizing and assembly in accordance with manufacture specifications and customer site requirements; scheduling of equipment as needed, such as forklift or crane for onsite installation.
  • Coordinate sound booth laborers for installation work, will lead a team of permanent installers and will be responsible to work with staffing agencies to obtain temporary laborers as needed.
  • Provide on the job training to Sound Booth Laborers, must implement and follow all job safety rules and instructions, responsible for safety of crew members, customers, and others in job site area.
  • Safely perform all assigned tasks, familiar with power tools and moving equipment such as dollies and wheeled carts

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years construction/trade experience working on job sites and construction locations
  • Experience leading a crew or construction job site team, preferred not required
  • Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings
  • Knowledge and ability to safely operate mechanical equipment, such as forklift, etc
  • Company to provide training for certification to operate equipment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA10 certification, must attend company provided OSHA and Manufacturers training
  • Ability to maintain valid Driver’s License and safely operate company vehicle (provided)
  • Physical ability to lift and/or move large, bulky Sound Booth components up to 50 pounds intermittently throughout the workday; possible work performed on elevated work surfaces and ladders.
  • Safety glasses, vests, harness, hard hat provided by the company; recommend safety shoes/boots as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
