Administration and Control of Continuous Improvement team
Develop & lead CI culture along the Hershey Mexico organization
Lead Hershey Lean programs and deployment within organization
Coordinate CI project Management to comply with savings tasking
Provides direction and support to the formulation, evaluation, strategy setting and presentation of product and process solution alternatives
Brainstorms, designs, and promotes implementation improvements to processes or equipment to improve safety, quality, customer service and cost along the organization of Hershey Mexico
Provides leadership and supervision to operations, CI programs and business units
Responsible for business information communication and team formation.
Identifies and develops CI tools
Coaches, directs and trains salary and hourly personnel to utilize available tools
Coordinates internal and external resources for opportunity evaluation and implementation of CI processes
Develops and delivers training to support and enhance employee engagement in the CI process
Provide executive information to supply direction periodically
Provides leadership on audit process to ensure accountability and growth
CAPEX process approval leadership and engineering support
Develops facility specific projects through completion and serves as project leader during development and approval

Skills:-English advanced-Leadership-Effective Communication-Capacity for analysis and synthesis-Capacity to work under pressure-Teamwork-Resilient-Problem Solving MindsetEducation:- Engineering Degree Industrial, or any related EngineeringExperience:-5 years experience in leading CI areas or leading Lean programs implementation-3 years of Food process experience.-Generate improvement projects through supply chain, logistics, warehouses, purchasing of materials, all material transformation, product formulas, packaging, product development, logistics at the customer distribution level-Work with supply chain to improve processes.-Optimization of work in work cells, balancing of lines, industrial engineering processes, optimizing times and movements.- Implement lean methodology, relaunch of lean manufacturing methodologies, based on TPM.- Savings strategies, financial concepts, operating costs, distribution, calculation of savings projects, operating benefits, financial impact.- Desirable Project Management Diploma- Lean Six Sigma Certificate (Black Belt certification) must have knowledge of the methodology.- Lean Six Sigma program implementation and cost savings efforts.- Focused on efficiency projects and improvements within production lines.- Knowledge of the supply chain and logistics.#LI-AA1#LI-Onsite
