- Assisting in training, developing, and motivating service technicians while monitoring their performance.
- Ensuring proper repair techniques are being used.
- Diagnosing complex vehicle issues and providing expert solutions
- Scheduling training sessions as necessary to enhance repair and service skills.
- Staying up to date on product changes and new products.
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure work meets Toyota's standards
- Collaborating with service advisors and management to meet customer expectations and service goals
- Managing and supervising employees in the service department.
- Maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhering to protocols and safety compliance standards.
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Coordinating workflows to optimize productivity.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Master Diagnostic Tech Certification (MDT).
- ASE Certification (Required)
- At least five years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- An unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong technical performance history.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in driving both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
