DescriptionWorks with Digital Marketing Lead to create original text, graphic and video content, managing posts, and responding and interacting with social media communities. Maintain our company brand image on social platforms in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and brand goals. As a Social media coordinator, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, brand impressions, customer engagement and branding activities.Responsibilities:
  • Creating fresh and current content for our Social Media channels daily. Content will include writing, video, graphics, and photography as necessary.
  • Managing and growing our social media channels including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed. This includes:
  • Interacting with consumers and customers on our social media platforms adhering to our brand standards
  • Growing our Social Media community
  • Creating a robust and active social media calendar and content for our social media channels
  • Partnering with our Customer Experience Manager on customer concerns that come through social platforms.
  • Working with the call center when we receive inquiries about tires or automotive services through social platforms.
  • Use Social Media to drive traffic to our website and retail locations
  • Staying current on social media trends and expanding our channels when necessary
  • Measuring the impact and ROI of our paid and organic social community initiates
  • Creating periodic reports with results of the above initiatives
  • Monitoring our brands online reputation on review sites such as Yelp and Google Reviews.
  • Monitor online competitive landscape.
  • Managing paid advertising on the various social channels
Requirements
  • Proven success growing an engaged audience base with Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other social platforms as needed.
  • Passionate about visual storytelling
  • Solid content and copywriting skills
  • Well versed in social media applications, listening tools, measurement, and analytics with ability to make recommendations based on metrics reporting.
  • Familiar with managing social platform advertising programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to express our company's views creatively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud Products and Canva
  • Video creation and photography skills a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Team player
Education
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • BS in Marketing preferred.
