Job Scope:Are you interested in market research and analysis? As a Market Research Intern at Liberty Hardware, you will play a crucial role in providing insights and analysis to support business decisions. This internship offers hands-on experience where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in market research, data analysis, and reporting while contributing to Liberty Hardware's success.Responsibilities:Conduct primary and secondary market research and analysis to support business decisions.Collect and analyze data on consumer and professional demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.Assist in the development of surveys, questionnaires, and other data collection tools.Prepare reports and present findings to internal teams.Collaborate with marketing to identify opportunities for growth and product improvements.Support the Senior Manager in other market research related tasks and projects as needed.Opportunities:The intern will also have the opportunity to participate and/or assist in several additional projects, including:Assist in the development of evaluating ROI on portfolio screening studies.Contribute to the development of new products.Assist in the analysis of sales and marketing data.Requirements and Key Competencies:Attention to DetailAnalytical SkillsTime Management SkillsInterpersonal SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word and powerpoint)Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related fieldFamiliarity with market research tools and platforms (e.g., Decipher, OnePulse, Survey Monkey) is a plus but not required.Position is hybrid (combination of on-site, travel, and remote).
