Responsible to actively promotes and position the condominium property within the market and implement tactical marketing plans as necessary to assure the success of the condo operations whereby occupancy levels and revenues can be maximized.Minimum RequirementsMinimum five (5) years of experience in all phases of condominium and/or hotel/resort management, including sales, marketing, yielding, reservation, daily management of all areas of operations involving human resources, food and beverage, budget management, rooms, housekeeping, resort maintenance, long-range planning and administration of services.
