Essential Functions:Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Administrative Director, Patient Care Services, oversees the Burn Center, Wound Care outpatient clinic, Inpatient wound care, Hyperbaric Chambers, and In-patient and outpatient hemodialysis. The Burn Center includes BICU, Burn Step Down, Outpatient Burn Clinic, and Burn Community Outreach. Responsible for the daily operations and fiscal management of these departments. Ensures efficient patient care and service outcomes by monitoring the competency and level of staff to ensure adequate department coverage. Coordinates departmental performance improvement activities and actively participates in the department and hospital- wide P.I. initiatives. Focused initiatives on enhancing the work environment,the patient experience, and the quality of care delivered.
