Tulsa's Hottest Casino, Hard Rock Live, is seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber II to join our Facilities team. In this key role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our casino by maintaining and servicing our plumbing systems.What You'll Do
  • Install, repair, and maintain all plumbing systems, from water heaters and grease traps to delicate water treatment equipment.
  • Review building plans to strategically map out efficient plumbing layouts and ensure we have the right materials for the job.
  • Keep our water systems running smoothly by performing scheduled maintenance on equipment like water softeners and sump pumps.
  • Assess each job and identify the exact tools, equipment, and piping materials (PEX, copper, etc.) needed to get the fix done right.
  • Work confidently with a variety of piping systems and connections, ensuring flawless installations and repairs.
  • Locate and mark exact placement for fixtures and connections, ensuring everything flows seamlessly.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance to keep all plumbing systems and fixtures functioning optimally.
  • Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance adhere to strict manufacturer guidelines for each system and fixture.
  • Guarantee that all plumbing work meets relevant codes and environmental protection regulations.
  • Maintain grease traps and meticulously document everything according to agency requirements.
  • Install, repair, and maintain remote operating or monitoring equipment specifically related to our casino's plumbing systems (excluding IT/server connections).
  • Maintaining grease traps and associated documentation per regulations.
  • Ensuring all installations and repairs meet code requirements and environmental standards.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to emergency plumbing call-outs, minimizing disruptions and ensuring smooth operation of the casino.
  • Conquer clogged drains using specialized equipment like sink machines and sewer machines, ensuring safe and efficient clearing.
  • Identify potential equipment failures before they become major issues, utilizing your sharp eye during preventive maintenance and inspections.
  • Install, repair, and maintain essential underground piping systems, ensuring proper water flow and waste removal.
  • Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances to identify and fix any leaks or malfunctions.

  • You hold a valid driver's license for essential job-related travel.

Requirements
  • We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 7 years of commercial plumbing experience.
  • Plumbing Journeyman License.
  • A valid driver's license is essential for ensuring swift response and assistance across properties.
Work Environment
  • Work will be performed in a variety of settings, including, climate-controlled office settings and/or outdoors in all types of weather.
  • Work includes lifting and adjusting heavy objects and potential contact with sharp, hot, and/or very cold supplies and equipment.
  • Work may require scaling ladders and operating lifts.
  • Employees will be required to wear proper personal protective equipment and always maintain safety procedures.
  • Employees may be called into work outside of normal work hours or work long hours for emergency maintenance and repair situations.
