- Responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service is provided to both internal and external customers by phone, email and in person.
- Maintain an understanding of bank products and services.
- Recommend products and services that would benefit the customer.
- Answer customer phone calls and assist them with their needs or questions.
- Reset and update online banking PIN's for customers.
- Assist customer with fraud claims.
- Process deposit and electronic functions for the bank.
- Process wire requests, which includes balancing the daily wire port, post wires, and run final reports.
- Process ACH functions, including incoming and outgoing ACH prenotes, work ACH items stopped, and daily ACH maintenance items.
- Review bank transactions for possible fraud.
- Balance accounts.
- Process requests for online banking, text banking, debit cards, etc.
- Process returns.
- Process assigned OnBase tasks.
- Process maintenance on customer and account information.
- Assist others within the department with overflow projects.
