- Ensure comprehensive understanding of customer product specifications, testing specifications, quality and reliability specifications, Customer Forms/Tasks/Check Lists by relevant departments.
- Develop and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Excel.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including sales, engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing personnel.
- Coordinate program requirements with Adcole assembly and test departments to ensure on-time hardware delivery.
- Manage preparation and submission of all documentation deliverables per customer statement of work and Adcole gage sales orders.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and internal resources on all aspects of the program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing automotive (preferred) or other equipment or hardware projects with various customer-specific requirements, preferably within a small company.
- Certification in Project Management strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to convey technical issues and their implications to the customer, proficient in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Outlook. Must be comfortable in a customer-facing role, requiring frequent communication including face-to-face discussion and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with GD&T, ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Willingness to learn how each Adcole Gage model accomplishes various inspection parameters with training.
- Multiple years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment. A Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a definite plus.
