We were founded in 2002 and are physician owned and led practice.We are currently seeking a FT Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center is Parsons, KS.Responsibilities: - Responsible for providing individual, and family counseling.
- Completes diagnostic intake assessments to ensure medical necessity is present and provides appropriate referrals based on client needs.
- Develops individualized treatment plans within expected time frame, consistent with evidence-based practices.
- Provides crisis services for patients during regular daytime operations.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
