- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Develop and maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste
- Create and monitor kitchen schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage inventory and control costs to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Implement and enforce sanitation and safety procedures to comply with health regulations
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
