Admin with Bookkeeping Responsibilities

- · Accounts Payable – Bills, Receipts, Purchase Orders, Payment of Subcontractors and tracking
- · Accounts Receivable – change orders, generate monthly owner's invoices, process deposits
- · Certified Payrolls – collecting and maintaining records from subcontractors
- · Manage Subcontractors – Maintain vendor W-9 records, COI and lein releases where necessary.
- · Maintain historical records by filing documents electronically
- · Upload and maintain plans, specs, drawings and addenda
- · Maintain other records as required: tool log, training logs, SDS
- · Basic office support – Answer incoming calls, notify employees of deliveries, scan/copy/print plans, bids and other reports as needed
- · Assist with customer service and contribute to team effort by identifying and accomplishing other tasks as needed
- · Bookkeeping experience, preferably in Sage 300 Cre
- · Familiarity with AIA billing and construction industry financial practices
- · Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- · Procore experience a plus
