You will ensure all engineering activities and related technical support functions across the site are managed in support of ongoing production activities and in adoption of new operational or technological innovations. You will develop the strategies and tactics required for the engineering and/or technical organizations to align to the site’s and business’ long-range plans. As a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in an engineering or related technical discipline is required. As well, you will have accumulated a history of at least 15 years of engineering and/or technical support roles including at least 10 years in technical management positions.Accomplished track record in production environments where you owned the responsibilities for delivering results — particularly those KPIs noted aboveFirst hand experiences managing teams responsible for implementing and/or sustaining Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practicesDemonstrated experiences with strategic and direct management of engineering or technical teams in a fast paced and in complex manufacturing environments where products were made to stock and made to orderWhile not required for this position, your willingness to consider relocation opportunities and rotational assignments will provide additional opportunities for future career growth and progression within IntegerA mastery of problem-solving skills and evidence that you are a critical thinker and thoughtful decision maker is needed and we value your certification as at least a Green Belt or equivalent.
