- Uses Analytics to explain technology impacts on the business, monitor and identify actionable opportunities
- Use descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify technology and business trends
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis and create presentations using data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights and help influence decisions/outcomes
- Interprets data to recognize patterns and analyze trends
- Monitor data to recognize patterns and identify possible trends
- Support Proofs of Concept to inform technical and business strategies
- Work with data towards the ultimate design required to meet requests
- Monitor technology and business results (indicators) to determine if desired results are achieved, with guidance and identifies possible improvements
- Complete reasonability and validation tests with some direction – may include lean process work
- Learn new tools for analyzing different data sources – both reactively and pro-actively
- Can manipulate raw data and work towards the ultimate design required to meet business requests
- May participate on projects
