- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel to develop and support Electronic Warfare systems.
- Develop operational scenarios, based on the customer's goals and contractual requirements.
- Develop system requirements and architectures to ensure customer needs are appropriately translated into the products development.
- Incrementally develop the product design and delivery optimization requirements.
- Leverage Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to support the development of functional, architectural and detailed designs.
- Continuously analyze, test and iterate technical requirements, user stories and operations concepts.

- Bachelors degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline, or equivalent experience
- Expertise with Signal Processing Techniques and operation.
- Experience in the design and/or integration of sensor systems such as radar or electronic warfare systems.
- Proven Leadership Experience
- Proficient with performance tools such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or other acquisition and processing software.
- Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship
- Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Experience
- Experience with MBSE tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo MagicDraw, etc.
- Experience with MBSE architecture frameworks such as DoDAF, FEAF or SEAE
- Requirements management tool experience
- Familiarity with Linux Operating System and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience operating complex RF test equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
- Experience integrating and troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience conducting structured test cases
- Experience with Configuration and Data Management
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Experience with modern DevOps tools and principles
