- Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner.
- Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate items and presentation.
- Communicate any special requests or modifications to appropriate serving or kitchen staff.
- Deliver food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently; ensure correct placement of dishes.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain clear communication.
- May assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing table, and other support tasks.
- Keep the food running station and areas organized, well-stocked, and clean.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties.
- Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements
- Open availability days, evenings, weekends, and/or Holidays.
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification, Title IV, and/or Food Handler card may be required.
- Previous restaurant or related experience preferred
- Frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
