- Plan and supervise Foreman and/or craft activities - includes determining method of construction, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, and documenting actual hours worked.
- Coordinate assigned work of different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
- Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, project manager, and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work sequences, etc.) as required.
- This job is safety sensitive for medical marijuana purposes.
- All other tasks as assigned.
- Educational and experience requirements include a four-year degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience.
- Experience in construction methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.
- Advanced understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groups.
- Experience in working in Mission Critical environment or similar construction projects.
- A good communicator (open, direct, and honest).
- Team player and ability to foster team relationships.
- Ability to think outside the box.

- Ability to deliver a safe and committed team culture and meet project targets and priorities.
- Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift-up to 10 pounds often and up to 25 occasionally.
- Ability to work in heat or cold, outside, and in high elevations.

- Some travel may be required.
