- Leverage your demand gen and marcomm smarts to develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns/programs to drive leads into the sales pipeline
- Co-lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs that leverage digital-first channels such as email, SEM, SEO, and paid and organic social
- Develop prospect buyer journeys and understand how and where buyers look for information, how they buy
- Assist in email content development as needed, targeting prospects throughout the buying journey
- Work with a team of other sharp digital marketing professionals, collaborating with other departments, such as sales, sales enablement, product and product marketing
- Conduct ongoing research to better identify target audiences and how to reach them
- Track, report, and analyze program performance, make recommendations for further improvement
- You are hungry, yet humble

- You can influence and secure buy-in from others, pushing towards a common goal
- You have Pardot marketing automation experience and are willing and able to own executing programs within it
- You can demonstrate success running and reporting on demand generation programs that garnered tangible results for the business
- You possess a positive, solutions-minded approach to your working environment and fellow colleagues
- You don't just care about the number of MQLs you produce - you care about the SQLs that result
- 5-10 years of marketing experience, preferably for B2B companies, with a heavy emphasis on driving demand - Previous demand generation role(s) a must
- Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or similar
- Proven ability to drive MQLs that convert to SQLs and qualified pipe
- Pardot experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing and monitoring performance/effectiveness digital marketing programs primarily leveraging email, SEM, SEO, and social
- Analytical thinking skills - using data to drive strategy and focus efforts
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
