- Supports Health, Safety, and Environmental Field Support Team.
- Trains/Audits compliance with policies, programs, and procedures
- Development and review of interactive hands-on training material for production employees.
- Identifies new health and safety programs needs or changes to existing programs.
- Attends operations meetings to review health/safety/compliance concerns and issues.
- Conducts JTO’s designed to promote a measure understanding of company policies, programs, procedures.
- Analyze JTO data looking for trends and opportunities for improvement in our training procedures.
- Conducts site surveys to assure compliance with Corporate Health and Safety policies, programs, procedures and guidelines, and proper work practices needed to maintain a safe and healthful operation and work site.
- Assist with regulatory compliance.
- Refers non-compliance conditions, uncooperative employees, illness, or accident trends to Regional Operations Director.
- B.S. degree in Operations Management or a closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive production experience.
- Understanding of Linde production procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of Federal and State health, CGA and safety regulations
- Time management & the ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- MS Office Suite experience required.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% (the majority will be day travel)
