This role is more than just an administrative position; it’s an opportunity to be a strategic partner, serving as an extension of the CEO in various capacities.**Key Responsibilities:**1. Manage CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure efficient time management.
2. Act on behalf of the CEO for designated tasks and in circumstances where the CEO is unavailable.
3. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to foster communication and assist in decision-making processes.
4. Organize, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
5. Handle special projects, research, and tasks as assigned.
6. Ensure all technology tools, applications, and devices are functioning optimally for the CEO.**Qualifications:**1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the home health, hospice, or related industries.
2. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of juggling multiple priorities.
3. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar applications, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility to adapt to a changing schedule and the ability to improvise when needed.
6. A deep alignment with our company values and mission.
