- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA highly preferred.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure proper classification and coding of transactions.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist with external audits and provide support for audit inquiries and requests.
- Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and implement best practices as appropriate.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
- CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information.
