- Diligently and correctly enter data collected by our product line managers.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and data
- Heavy data entry
- Collect and confirm the information given.
- Resolving discrepancies with clear, concise, and professional communication
- Respond promptly and ensure resolution to all management, client, and vendor inquiries
- Assist with the collection of expense report data.
- Sorts and files documents after processing.
- Composes, prepares, and proofreads correspondence provided and reports findings adequately.
- Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner including updating information, purging files regularly, and creating new filing systems as needed.
- Assisting with other administrative duties or projects as needed
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office - particularly Excel;
- Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others;
- Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
- Able to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer;
- Able to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions;
- Able to lift and carry files weighing up to 5 pounds;
- Monday - Friday 8 hours per day
- Non-Exempt
