- Works with Sales and Engineering departments to roll out new products, including features, images, and product information.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Utilize Google Analytics and AdWords to track marketing performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Amazon and other top customer's product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Keeps all product information current and improves for products when possible.
- Responsible for drafting and distributing emails to dealer network regarding all product changes and company updates.
- Responsible for maintaining product photography and coordinating photoshoots for new photography.
- Maintains all social media exposure and responds to any requests received via social media.
- Responsible for all promotional items that can be used for trade shows, recruiting efforts, and employee retention. This includes purchasing clothing for employees and managing internal clothing store.
- Maintain the Jonti-Craft website.
- Instrumental in the production of flyers, catalogs, and print/digital ads.
- Ensure marketing materials and company documents follow branding guidelines.
- Presence in the workplace is an essential function of this position.
- Assist with company functions.
- Helps develop and support customer and company presentations.
- Takes photos of internal events for documentation and social media.
- Works with customers to ensure accurate representation of Jonti-Craft products.
- Supports catalog and ad development and the flow of new content.
- Attend trade shows as needed.
- Manages trademarks with legal team.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing through a dealer network.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords, with the ability to generate reports and insights.
- Proficiency in selling on Amazon and other web marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possesses at least intermediate graphics abilities - familiar with Adobe Creative Suite products, image formats, clipping paths, and designing content from scratch.
- Intermediate familiarity with database and query tools, such as SQL, MS Access, Excel.
- Detailed eye with the ability and the desire to complete long and detailed spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.
- Customer-focused and a desire to complete tasks and present information in a manner that meets customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language for safety.
