Ranging from secure sensors to secure packaging, AS is developing capabilities to secure our critical next generation microelectronics and is seeking a technology leader to drive development in cutting-edge anti-tamper technology. The candidate will engage with external and internal customers to build, win, and execute programs that support the research and development of anti-tamper technology, and lead others in doing the same. They are expected to leverage their position, reputation, and technical expertise to build and maintain relationships with government R&D organization such as OUSD, DARPA, etc. Additionally, the candidate is expected to define and advance the anti-tamper technical and programmatic roadmaps within the Assured Solutions technical area.A Technical Group Lead is responsible for the portfolio of programs in each constituent area. This includes:
  • Developing the portfolio strategy, with a R&D strategy to achieve double-digit compound annual growth
  • Operating as Principal Investigator or Program Manager for program(s) within the AS portfolio, setting technical/programmatic direction and guiding teams in executing complex research projects that regularly involving multiple technical fields
  • Growing the next generation of technology development managers and scientists through mentoring
  • Aligning external customer goals with internal business expectations for successful delivery of business salient
  • Collaborating with business areas to strategically align CRAD efforts with future programs of record
  • Other duties and responsibilities as required

  • Active DoD SECRET clearance and ability to obtain TOP SECRET SCI & SAP
  • Experience in leading teams to solve complex technical problems
  • Experience in new business capture, such as proposal writing and managing proposal efforts
  • Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities, willingness to perform a wide variety of related tasks, and exceptional oral and written skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting technical research to large audiences
  • Understanding of anti-tamper, cyber, and microelectronics markets as well as R&D customer
